This section details the pricing for custom acoustic-to-digital conversion work offered here at our shop.

CABINET TYPE

While factors like rarity and complexity of design can increase the price, our vertical cabinets start at a minimum of $750.00, and our Grand cabinets start at a minimum of $1500.00.

MECHANISM REMOVAL

If necessary, this is the labor of removing the internal components of a piano (plate, strings, action, etc.) to prepare it for digital conversion.

BASIC DIGITAL CONVERSION

We fully install one of our digital conversion kits, which includes a KS-1B MIDI strip, a set of keys with springs for key return, a set of speakers (8” sub, shaker, two main speakers, and two speaker bars.), amplifiers (2 mono, 2 stereo), a pedal sensor with wiring, and a surge protector. All that is needed is an MIDI device to convert MIDI data into sound.

DIGITAL CONVERSION W/ RECONDITIONED ACOUSTIC ACTION (GRAND)

You get everything included in the basic option, but instead of a spring action, we restore and install a pre-existing action that is already in decent shape.

DIGITAL CONVERSION W/ NEW ACOUSTIC ACTION (VERTICLE)

You get everything the basic digital conversion offers, but instead of a spring action, you have a true piano action with moving parts that provides the tactility of an acoustic piano.

You get everything included in the basic option, but instead of a spring action, we fully rebuild the original action.
